Profile goal data is diet data that originates outside of Diet Pro (e.g. weight, resting heart rate, waist measurement, etc.) that you need to enter manually.
This tutorial will lead you through the process of entering diet goal data. By following these steps carefully you will become familiar with the major features of the goal data interface.
Tip You can use the profile that you used in the New Profile Tutorial, if you like.

Right-click on the navigator treeview and then, on the popup menu, click Edit Goal Data.

Click Edit on the task toolbar.
Tip You also click Previous Day and Next Day to change the selected date.
Tip The goals that you selected when you created your profile will be highlighted.
Tip You can view this diet data in a report by continuing with the Report Tutorial.
