Add a meal to a grocery list

  1. Select the Diet Navigator tab.
  2. How?

  3. Click the expand icon next to the desired profile to expand it.
  4. Select the calendar icon .
  5. Use the date control to select the date that contains the meal(s) you want to add to the grocery list.
  6. On the Action menu, point to Other Actions and click Add Calendar Items to a Grocery List.
  7. - or -

    Right-click on the Navigator treeview and then, on the popup menu, point to Actions and click Add Calendar Items to a Grocery List.

  8. Select a target grocery list from the Grocery List list.
  9. Select the range of dates you want to add to the grocery list using the From and To controls.
  10. Click the checkboxes next to the meal items to select the items you want to add to the grocery list.
  11. Click OK.
