Edit a calendar

The calendar is used to edit and view meals and goal data.

  1. Select the Diet Navigator tab.
  2. How?

  3. Click the expand icon next to the Home icon to expand it.
  4. Click the expand icon next to the desired profile to expand it.
  5. Select the calendar icon .
  6. On the Action menu, click Edit Calendar.
  7. - or -

    Right-click on the navigator treeview and then, on the popup menu, click Edit Calendar.

    Click Edit on the task toolbar.

  8. Click the Day tab.
  9. Enter the day properties (click here to learn how).
    1. The current date is displayed in the Selected Date box.
    2. Enter the day heading (optional) in the Day Heading box.
    3. Click Add to add a paragraph to your diet diary (optional).
    4. Tip  Click Delete remove a paragraph from your diary.

      Tip  Click Move Up or Move Down to change the order of paragraphs in your diary.

  10. Click a meal tab (e.g. Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner).
  11. Enter the meal properties.
    1. Enter the number of servings for the meal in the Meal Servings box.
    2. Click Add to add a new meal item. A window will open that will let you add an ingredient, recipe, heading or text to your meal.
    3. Click Move Up or Move Down to change the order of the meal items.
    4. Tip  Click the Other Meals tab to plan meals such as brunch, snacks or nightcap.

    5. Enter the meal comments in the Meal Comments box.
  12. Click a meal tab (e.g. Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner).
  13. Enter the goal data for the day.
    1. Enter your goal data for the day in the appropriate boxes.
  14. Click a meal tab (e.g. Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner).
  15. Enter the photographs for the day.
    1. Click Add to associate a photograph with the day record.
    2. Tip  These photographs will appear in your profile view and in the day view of the calendar. They are a good way to visualize your diet progress.

      Tip  Click Delete to remove a photograph.

      Tip  Click Move Up or Move Down to change the order of the photographs.

  16. Click OK.
