Edit a grocery list

  1. Select the Shopping Navigator tab.

  2. Select the grocery list you want to edit.
  3. On the Action menu, click Edit Grocery List.

    4. - or -

    Right-click on the Navigator treeview and then, on the popup menu, click Edit Grocery List.

    - or -

    Click Edit on the task toolbar.

  4. Click the Grocery List tab.
  5. Edit the grocery list properties (click here to learn how).

    1. Type the name of the grocery list in the Name box.
    2. Click the Grocery List Folder ellipsis button to select a grocery list folder for the grocery list.
    3. Type the grocery list comments in the Comments box.

      4. Note  Only the grocery list name and grocery list folder are mandatory. The comments are optional.

  6. Click the Items tab.
  7. Edit the grocery list items.

    1. Click Add to add a row to the items list.
    2. Type the item quantity in the Quantity box.
    3. Type the unit in the Unit box.
    4. Type the item name in the Grocery List Item box.

      Tip  Click Move Up or Move Down to change the order of the grocery list items.

      Note  Click the On Hand button to remove items on hand from your grocery list.

  8. Click the Recipes tab.
  9. Edit the grocery list recipes.

    1. Click Add to add a new recipe to the grocery list.

      2. Note  When you add a recipe to a grocery list, the recipe's ingredients will be added to the items list in the Items tab.

  10. Click the Notes tab.
  11. Edit the grocery list notes.

    1. Click Add to add a new note.

      2. Tip  Click Move Up or Move Down to change the order of the notes.

  12. Click Check Spelling to check the spelling of the grocery list.
