Calculate menu nutrition

  1. Select the Cooking Navigator tab.

  2. Select the menu you want to work with.
  3. On the Action menu, click Edit Menu.

    Right-click on the Navigator treeview and then, on the popup menu, click Edit Menu.

    - or -

    Click Edit on the task toolbar.

  4. Click the Nutrition tab.

  5. Type the nutrient values in the Nutrient boxes.
  6. Click Calculate From Ingredients to calculate the nutrient values instead of typing them.
  7. Click OK.

Note  Diet Pro can only calculate nutrition information for the menu if the menu's recipe ingredients have been linked to the ingredient database.
