Free support for Diet Pro is available via our online forum at www.radiumforums.com. On our support forum you will find answers to almost all of your questions about Diet Pro. If you can't find an answer to your question, just post your question and you will receive a reply from the developer.
We do not offer e-mail or telephone support. These forms of support are prohibitively expensive and would force us to charge for technical support.

Diet Pro has been thoroughly tested on all Windows operating systems. However, occasionally users experience problems installing Diet Pro. This is normally caused by missing or damaged operating system components on your computer. We want to get you up an running as quickly as possible. Here's how:
•	Diet Pro's support forum has hundreds of questions from other Diet Pro users. It is likely that another user has experienced the same problem and we have explained how to fix it. Try the forum's search feature to find the answers you need.
•	If you can't find what you need on the forum, try Diet Pro's knowledge base. The knowledge base is a series of articles describing solutions to known problems in recent versions of the software.
•	If you still can't find what you are looking for, please post your problem on the Diet Pro support forum. We will answer your questions and get you started using Diet Pro. Typical response time is less than six hours.

There are many resources available for Diet Pro users:
•	Diet Pro help file: The help file includes more than 500 help topics with tutorials and step-by-step instructions to get you started using Diet Pro. The help file is indexed and includes full-text search to make it easier to find what you are looking for.
•	Training movies: Starting with Diet Pro 2003, we have introduced training movies to make it even easier for you to learn to use Diet Pro's many powerful features. Click here to see the list of training movies.
•	Launchpad: Launchpad is a new feature designed especially for new users. As you explore the application, the Launchpad will list the available options and features depending on what you have selected. To use the Launchpad, open Diet Pro and select Launchpad from View menu.

•	Support forum: When you simply can't find the answer to your question, you can always ask the developer. Post your question on the support forum and we will answer you promptly. Try the forum's search feature. Someone might have already asked the same question.

If you experience an error using Diet Pro, we want to know about and fix it promptly.

•	If another user has not already reported the error, please post the error on the support forum. We will research the issue and respond to you promptly.
